Construction & Renovation
In construction and renovation, cross-linked polyethylene Isolon® 300/500 and non–cross-linked Warmlex (NPE) are used as lightweight thermal and acoustic insulation with a closed-cell structure. The materials reduce impact noise and heat loss, protect against moisture and condensation. They are suitable for floor underlays, walls and partitions, floating screeds, perimeter isolation (incl. with Isolontape), as well as insulation of pipes and air ducts — both in new buildings and during refurbishment.
