Shipments are arranged from Belarus using road or combined transport. Typical Incoterms are:
For PE foams and tapes the most efficient option is to load full trucks with a volume of approximately 82 m³ or 120 m³. This helps to optimise the transport cost per m² and makes long-distance deliveries more reasonable.
Smaller shipment volumes are possible and can be discussed case by case. For very small loads it is often more practical if the Buyer arranges their own transport and picks up the goods on EXW or FCA terms.
Our prices for Central Asia & Caucasus are quoted without VAT (0% export from Belarus). Payment currency can be agreed in EUR, USD or RUB, depending on your preference and bank requirements.
Standard conditions for first shipments are full prepayment. Extended terms may be discussed after successful cooperation and regular shipments.

Yes. We work with CIS markets and can supply our PE foams and tapes to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Armenia. Deliveries are organised from Belarus by road or combined transport under agreed Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CPT, DAP).
We can work in EUR, USD or Russian rubles (RUB). The payment currency is agreed in the commercial offer and contract, depending on what is more convenient for you and acceptable for both banks.
Our supplies are invoiced with 0% VAT as export from Belarus. Import VAT, customs duties and any other local taxes are paid by the Buyer in the destination country according to local legislation.
We can discuss trial orders, but due to production and logistics costs, very small volumes are usually not economical for long-distance shipments. We normally work with full rolls and palletised shipments. For specific projects we can review the case individually and suggest the most reasonable starting volume.
