Quality assurance & claims

We monitor the quality of every batch and handle any issues in a clear, structured way.

  • Standard quality assurance applies for 12 months from the production date, provided that storage and handling recommendations are followed.
  • Materials can often be used after this period if their properties remain within the required range; this should be evaluated for each project.
  • If you notice a deviation (visual defect, wrong thickness, density, packaging issue), please contact us before using the material in production.
  • We analyse the case together with you and, where justified, agree on a solution: replacement, partial credit, discount on future deliveries or another agreed option.
  • Claims and returns are processed in line with contract terms and standard international B2B practice.

Please keep the label with the batch/lot number and basic documentation (invoice, packing list) – this allows us to trace production details and handle your claim faster.

Certificates & documentation

We provide documentation required for traceability, quality control and import on the buyer’s side.

  • Quality certificate / batch statement – issued by the manufacturer’s QC for each batch or shipment on request. Can be prepared in English if requested in advance or if batch numbers are provided.
  • Certificate of origin – issued for each export shipment by the Chamber of Commerce based on the final packing list (net / gross weight and list of items). Helps the buyer with customs clearance and preferential regimes where applicable.
  • Technical data sheets and product specifications – currently available for selected Isolon 500 (IXPE) grades (e.g. AH / AV with density around 33 kg/m³). For other densities and materials (Isolon 300, Warmlex, self-adhesive Isolontape) technical data or spec sheets can be discussed for specific projects.
  • Safety data and regulatory notes – can be provided where applicable for the intended use of the material.
  • Origin & HS code information – country of origin, manufacturer details and HS code to support the buyer’s customs procedures.
  • Commercial & shipping documents – invoice, packing list, contract or purchase order reference and agreed Incoterms for each shipment.

LIRIDA-M is not a certification body, customs broker or tax adviser. Certification and import requirements differ between countries, so final responsibility rests with the importer and their advisers. For projects with specific standards, please share them in advance so we can check which documents are available.
