This article summarises the standard set of export documents that EU buyers receive with shipments of Isolon, Warmlex and Isolontape, and which additional paperwork can be agreed for specific projects.

Standard export documents in each shipment

As a rule, every export shipment from LIRIDA-M to the EU includes:

  • Commercial invoice – with buyer and seller details, product descriptions, quantities, prices, currency, Incoterms and payment terms.
  • Packing list – pallet-by-pallet or box-by-box breakdown, weights and dimensions where relevant.
  • Transport document – typically a CMR consignment note for road transport.
  • Export declaration – proof of export from Belarus, available in copy for the buyer if needed.

These documents are usually provided both in paper form with the driver and electronically (PDF) on request, to support customs clearance and internal accounting on the EU side.

Note: The exact format and language of documents can vary. If your accounts or customs broker require specific wording, please inform us in advance.

Technical documentation and certificates

For insulation materials Isolon 300/500 (IXPE), Warmlex (EPE) and self-adhesive Isolontape solutions, the following supporting documents can be provided:

  • Technical data sheets (TDS) – general properties, typical values and recommended applications.
  • Safety data sheets (SDS) – supplied in electronic form on request.
  • Basic quality or conformity statements – letters confirming that the delivered batch corresponds to the agreed specification.
  • Additional declarations – for example regarding composition or restricted substances, where available and previously agreed.

For some projects, these documents are sent at the offer or sampling stage and then updated or confirmed with the first commercial delivery.

Important: We do not issue CE declarations or sector-specific approvals unless clearly agreed for a particular project. Certificates and test reports are shared within the limits of available documentation.

Origin, codes and customs-related information

On request we can indicate:

  • country of origin – according to manufacturer information;
  • recommended HS/TN VED codes – used in our practice for similar products;
  • basic product descriptions aligned with customs terminology.

However, final decisions on HS codes, origin treatment and VAT handling always remain with the EU importer and their customs broker or authorities.

Checklist for EU buyers
