Short answer: Rolls and tapes are packed in protective film, grouped on pallets and labelled with product name, dimensions and batch data. EU buyers receive full packing lists and pallet identification for logistics and traceability.

This article explains how LIRIDA-M prepares IXPE/EPE foam rolls, sheets and self-adhesive tapes for export shipments, and which labels and documents are included for EU customers.

Standard packaging for rolls and sheets

Depending on the product family and thickness, the following packaging practices are used:

  • Isolon 300/500 rolls – individual rolls wrapped in protective film; palletised upright or horizontally depending on width and diameter.
  • Warmlex (EPE) rolls – standard film wrapping; rolls grouped to optimise pallet height and stability.
  • Sheets and cut formats – stacked bundles, strap-secured and wrapped in film; placed on pallets or in boxes for smaller elements.
  • Isolontape – cartons or grouped packs, depending on width and adhesive type; consolidated on pallets.

Note: Standard packaging protects against dust, mechanical impact and short-term moisture. If your project requires enhanced protection or specific pallet dimensions, please inform us when requesting a quotation.

Labelling and identification

Each pallet or box is supplied with clear identification:

  • product name (Isolon, Warmlex, Isolontape);
  • thickness, density and dimensions – in mm and standard units;
  • quantity – number of rolls, sheets or cartons;
  • batch/lot number – if applicable for the product type;
  • packing or production date – depending on item;
  • pallet number – for logistics tracking;
  • supplier details – LIRIDA-M LLC (Belarus).

This labelling ensures traceability across production, export handling and EU customs entry.

Palletisation and transport preparation

Pallet configuration depends on order volume and product format:

— Euro or industrial pallets, depending on roll width;
— Stretch film wrapping for stability during linehaul;
— Optional corner protectors for fragile cargo setups;
— Clear pallet numbering aligned with the packing list.

Important: For mixed pallets (several product types on one pallet) we maintain separate labels and carton grouping to avoid confusion during unloading and customs inspection.

Checklist for EU buyers

— indicate pallet size requirements, if your warehouse uses specific standards;
— confirm if mixed pallets are acceptable;
— request reinforced packaging if goods will be stored outdoors or reloaded multiple times;
— inform us about labelling details required by your logistics provider (optional).
