LIRIDA-M provides standard certificates and technical documentation for Isolon, Warmlex and Isolontape foam materials, including conformity letters, basic test reports and product specifications.

This article explains which official documents are available for foam products supplied by LIRIDA-M and what can be requested additionally for export shipments to the EU and other countries.

Certificates available for Isolon, Warmlex and Isolontape

Depending on the type of material and application, the following documents may be provided:

• letter of conformity for the supplied batch (manufacturer’s document);
• Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or product safety statement;
• technical specification (TU) or product datasheet with key parameters;
• test reports for selected characteristics (for example, impact-sound, fire resistance, thermal properties);
• ISO or quality management system certificates (where applicable);
• declaration on country of origin of the goods.

Additional documents on request

For larger projects or international deliveries, LIRIDA-M can provide additional documents:

— confirmation of batch/lot number and traceability;
— product specification tailored to the selected material and thickness;
— additional statements on performance or composition (if available).

• Are fire safety certificates available? Yes, for certain product groups. Please request the certificate for the specific material.
• Do you provide SDS? Safety Data Sheets or equivalent safety statements are available on request.
