Many buyers request documents in advance of ordering or delivery. This article explains where the technical documentation comes from and which documents we normally provide for foam materials used in insulation, HVAC, packaging and construction applications.

Which documents are available?

Depending on the product, LIRIDA-M can provide one or more of the following:

  • technical datasheet (TDS) for the selected IXPE/XPE/EPE product;
  • technical specification (TU) from the manufacturer;
  • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or material safety statement;
  • general product information and recommended applications;
  • test reports or certificates for specific performance characteristics (on request).

Note: some documents are delivered by default with export shipments, while others are provided on request. If your project requires specific certification or test results, please share the requirements in advance.

How to request technical documentation

You can request technical datasheets and specifications for any material:

— by e-mail or WhatsApp;
— when preparing a quotation or commercial proposal;
— when placing an order or shipment request.

For EU importers, these documents usually accompany the commercial invoice and packing list or are provided as separate PDF files.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do you provide documents in English? Yes. Datasheets and most export documents are available in English.
  • Can I download technical documents directly? At the moment documentation is shared upon request, because different grades and thicknesses may require different datasheets.
