EU and international customers sometimes need extra technical or legal documentation for import, tenders or OEM production. This article explains what can be provided and how such requests are typically handled.

What type of documents can be prepared?

Depending on the project, we can prepare one or more of the following:

  • a letter of conformity for the supplied material;
  • statements on country of origin or manufacturing;
  • technical specification or batch-specific information;
  • packing and shipping documentation;
  • basic safety declarations or SDS, where applicable.

Note: Some documents are prepared by the manufacturer and some by LIRIDA-M as the supplier. If a specific form, format or wording is required, please let us know in advance.

Project-specific documents

For tenders, large deliveries or OEM production, additional information may be requested, for example:

  • batch or roll traceability;
  • origin for customs and import purposes;
  • technical details for HVAC, construction or packaging;
  • specific wording in letters or statements.

This documentation is prepared case-by-case and may depend on the application and the material type.

Important: LIRIDA-M is a supplier, not a certification body. Some certificates or regulatory documents depend on the manufacturer and the requirements of the destination country.
